Expertise Behind Geopulz
Founder & Expertise
Bouke van Dijk brings over 25 years of experience in real estate analytics, urban economics and European market intelligence. With Master’s degrees in Economic Geography (MSc) and Real Estate (MSRE), and as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he combines analytical depth with practical insight.
Bouke has worked as an analyst for Dutch real estate investor Altera, where he developed investment policy and translated it into concrete portfolio actions. At Swiss Life Asset Managers he contributed to the creation of a Europe‑wide real estate data platform. In Switzerland he co‑founded RetailAtlas.ch, and in 2026 he launched Geopulz, integrating Europe’s most extensive POI datasets into one unified platform.
Geopulz is developed in close collaboration with Van Dijk Consultancy, through which Bouke has supported cities, retailers and real estate investors across Europe with geospatial analysis and strategic insights.
